We do not use your mail address to gather external data on you, for example through Facebook custom audiences, and your address will not be used for any other mailings (by us or any third party) than our own newsletter.

We store personal data of authors that join Reporters Online when necessary to properly participate (you can't publish if we don't have your mail address, for example. These data are never provided to any third party, only stored on our own systems en will  be immediately provided by us or deleted at the request of authors.
